The summer transfer window is going to be a decisive one for a lot of clubs and players as it is expected to have a lot of ins and outs, as clubs and players have already started getting prepared to be involved in the activities when the window opens. One of the players who have been linked with an exit from their current clubs is Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé.
His teammate Neymar is also a transfer target for Barcelona and the French club will do everything in their power to make sure that they keep hold of two of their star players as they look to challenge for titles next season. Although PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino has always reiterated that the club will do everything possible to ensure that the two stars commit their future to the Parc des Princes, the club’s fans still do not have one hundred percent belief that the two stars will remain at the club ahead of next season.
Mbappe has also been asked about his future recently but did not give much away, insisting that he is currently a PSG player and can’t talk about contract situations at the club.
Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has now revealed what he thinks about possibly having Mbappé as a teammate next season, insisting that it is always nice to have great players come to Madrid and that Mbappé would be a welcome signing at the club.
Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane was also asked about his side’s interest in the young forward but he said he can’t give anything out about players of other clubs.
