Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui has suggested that Gareth Bale would be staying put for the upcoming campaign after indicating that the Welshman is ‘very happy’ at the Bernabeu. Bale’s future came under question shortly after his Champions League heroics versus Liverpool where he admitted his frustration over the reduced gametime.

According to the reports, Luka Modrić, the Real Madrid midfielder is the main person for unlocking a major effect in this transfer window. This transfer window could see Lazio star Sergej Milinković-Savić in-demand and João Mário of Inter also secure moves before the new season. The transfer window chaos is showing no signs of getting slow down and international Modrić of Croatian has presumably told his employers that this summer he wants to leave the Santiago Bernabéu.
Croatia Allows Modric To Leave
This will be good news for Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane as his midfielder Luka Modric has been released from international duty by Croatia. This follows a negotiation between the Real Madrid manager and his Croatian counterpart. Modric excited for new season

MODRIC: COUNTER ATTACK STYLE WRECKED JUVE
Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric opines that it was their counter attacking style that helped them wreck Juve in the final of the Champions League.
Juve were expected to put up a stronger performance that they did at the final in Cardiff.
The game was hard fought and balance in the first half. However the second half was the game changer as Real ran off as eventual winners.

Luka Modric has no intentions of leaving Real Madrid anytime soon
It was back on August of 2012 when Luka Modric joined Real Madrid and signed a 5 year long deal with the Spanish club.
From there on out, Modric has done on to become one of the most influential players in the entire squad and he has embarked on a very successful career as the Croatian midfielder has lifted some of the most prestigious pieces of silverware in the world of football including: The UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup, just to name a few.
Luka Modric spent 4 seasons performing with Tottenham Hotspur but he failed to win any major trophy but with Real Madrid, things have quickly changed and the Croatian is clearly enjoying his time in the Santiago Bernabeu as Modric has extended his contract until June of 2020 and he has recently stated that he wants to continue performing for Real Madrid even beyond what his contract has established.
LUKA MODRIC AND MARCELO SIDELINED
Real Madrid is facing tough times at the moment. Cristiano Ronaldo returned from injury late last year and seems not to have reached his best levels, even though he is aging.
Gareth Bale was ruled out for three months despite already having an underwhelming season. Now playmaker-defender Marcelo has been ruled out. Luka Modric is also facing time out in a crucial season for the club.
The club is still facing a transfer ban and would have to wait until the summer to get reinforcement but Coach Zinedine Zidane is targeting breaking the European record of lifting the UEFA Champions League back to back. The La Liga is also up for grabs but the current team seem to need help. They ended their unbeaten run, face a threat of being knocked out in the Copa del Rey and their advantage in the La Liga seem to be sliding away gradually. This is a season the La Liga is a big priority, having not won the title since Jose Mourinho’s spell in charge.
